This stunning fully restored California Bungalow located on the Lower North Shore of Sydney needed both bathrooms and laundry renovated following renovations undertaken in the 1980’s. Both bathrooms were completely demolished and redesigned and the main bathroom finished in stunning black white and grey tones to complete this thoroughly modern update. Beautiful black floor tiles were laid in the main bathroom complimented with calacutta wall tiles with black basin and tapware with a double shower and bespoke wall height cabinetry maximising the space for this family of five.
The second guest bathroom complimented the main bathroom by using taupe floor tiles and white tiles and introduced timber to soften the surfaces and provide useable and striking shelving. Again custom made cabinetry was installed and a new shower with frameless shower screen completed the look.
The original laundry was tiny, cramped and offered no storage or useable space. New bespoke floor to ceiling cabinetry with inbuilt fridge and dryer was installed together with a new sink, stone bench and tiled splash back provides ample room and turned the ugliest room in the house into a room that is a pleasure to use.
